Recent research has determined that office leaders suffer from lower levels of anxiety than their colleagues. Postdoctoral researchers argue that increased leadership and a stronger sense of control resulted in less anxiety for those in a leadership position. The study interviewed close to 100 people in various forms of leadership at a recent Harvard conference.
