Phone Therapy and Traditional Therapy- Equally Effective?

Cognitive therapy may be extremely effective over the phone, although previously the use of such therapy had generally been limited to face-to-face interactions. With anxiety and mild depression topping the list of mental health afflictions affecting people around the globe, the potential benefits of phone therapy could be meaningful.
